4-Step Precision AC Servicing Process
Technicians measure vent outlet temperatures using digital thermistors and attach high/low pressure manifold gauges to inspect compressor suction and discharge pressures.
The computerized station recovers leftover refrigerant, measures exact weight loss, and runs a deep vacuum cycle to extract trapped moisture and air from the evaporator and condenser lines.
A nitrogen pressure drop test verifies system tightness. Fresh synthetic PAG compressor oil and fluorescent UV dye (if necessary for hard-to-find micro-leaks) are injected into the sealed circuit.
The system is refilled with the exact OEM-specified gas weight (in grams). Vent channels undergo anti-bacterial fogging to neutralize mold spores, followed by cabin air filter replacement.
