4-Step Precision Service Workflow
Before alignment, our certified technicians verify tyre pressure, check tread depth, and inspect lower arm bushes, tie-rod ends, and ball joints for mechanical play.
High-resolution 3D optical targets are attached to all four wheel rims using zero-scratch rim clamps. High-definition camera towers capture real-time spatial positioning of each wheel.
Technicians adjust tie rods, camber bolts, and suspension arms under live screen guidance until all angles align within OEM factory tolerances.
Wheels are removed and spun on high-speed digital balancers to correct weight discrepancies down to the gram. Tyres are then inflated with high-purity nitrogen for stable running temperatures.
