Nitrogen Purging & Inflation Process
Technicians inspect tire valve cores, caps, and rubber stems to ensure there are no slow bead or valve leaks before purging.
To maximize nitrogen purity (target: 95%+ purity), the old compressed air is completely evacuated using a dual-action pneumatic vacuum system without deflating the tyre off the rim bead.
The tyre is filled with dry nitrogen generated on-site by our high-grade membrane nitrogen generator, calibrated to exact manufacturer cold inflation pressures (PSI / Bar).
Final pressure checks are confirmed using digital pressure gauges to match vehicle axle specifications for front/rear balance.
